Bathroom Remodeling

Tubs, showers, vanities, tile — full bathroom remodels.

Bathroom remodels

From a tub-to-shower conversion to a full gut and rebuild — tile, vanities, plumbing, ventilation, and waterproofing done so it lasts.

Waterproofing is the whole game

Most failed bathrooms we tear out failed at the shower. We use a proper waterproofing system behind the tile — not drywall, not unsealed cement board — with correct slope to the drain and sealed corners and penetrations. It costs a little more and it is the difference between a 20-year shower and a rotted subfloor in year six.

What we do

  • Tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers with curbless options
  • Full gut remodels: layout changes, new plumbing and electrical, tile floors and walls
  • Vanities, tops, lighting, mirrors, and heated floors
  • Exhaust ventilation ducted to the outside — not into the attic, where it makes ice dams and mold
  • Permits and inspections

Typical cost

ScopeTypical
Cosmetic refresh (paint, vanity, fixtures)$4,000 – $9,000
Tub-to-shower conversion$8,000 – $16,000
Full hall bath gut$15,000 – $30,000
Primary bath, tile shower, double vanity$28,000 – $60,000
Add a new 3/4 bath in a basement$12,000 – $25,000

Timeline

Two to five weeks for most bathrooms. The long poles are tile, inspection scheduling, and any special-order vanity or glass.

FAQ

How long will my bathroom be out of service?

Two to five weeks for a full remodel. We stage the work to keep another bathroom usable throughout.

Can you move the toilet or shower?

Yes, though relocating drains means opening the floor and it adds cost. We will price both layouts so you can decide.

Why do tile showers leak?

Almost always a waterproofing failure behind the tile, not the tile itself. A proper membrane system, sloped correctly and sealed at corners, is what prevents it.
